Crockpot Chicken Stew for 12
Add to pot:
2 pounds cut up red potatoes
1 pound cut up carrots
3 pounds skinless chicken breasts
l tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 C. water
Cook for 6 hours, thicken with 1-2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 C cold water
Add 1 C frozen peas and cook 15 minutes
Serve with green salad and bread or rolls.
Easy dessert: fruit and cookies.
